8、结论 Summary
REC系列稀土多功能稳定剂是一种"单包化"、专用型的新型"绿色"安全稳定剂,其特点在于:
(1)优良的热稳定性,长期耐热性优于铅盐系稳定剂,初期着色性与锌皂相当,透明性与有机锡接近;
(2)无毒,无臭,可用于食品,医药包装工业及上水管等制品;
(3)塑化效果好,可增大填料用量而不降低制品性能,从而降低成本费用;
(4)分散性,抗析性好,提高制品的色泽鲜艳度和牢固度,改善制品外观;
(5)电绝缘性能好,具有光稳定作用,耐硫化污染性能好,适用于电缆护层及户外制品;
(6)具有良好的促进熔融加工助剂作用,可减少配方中的加工助剂用量。
